Terms and conditions for events of the FVG Riesa mbH

 

  1. Those terms and conditions apply to all events, where the FVG Riesa mbH acts as organizer, promoter or coordinator. With the purchase of ticket(s) the customer agrees to those terms and conditions and is subject to the rules of the house at the respective venue.
  2. The ticket price is result of the event specific admission price. Owners of discounted tickets may have to prove eligibility for the particular discount at entrance.
  3. Advertised or published information in media for events as venue, dates, starting times, prices are not binding. In cases of liability, the FVG Riesa mbH is “held harmless”.
  4. Visitors arriving late at an event are subject to the event specific admission rule. You can inquire about the admission rule for a specific event at the cashier’s office.
  5. Serial-Tickets permit one person to visit one time per event per event series. The transfer of such tickets to another person is prohibited.
  6. Only intact tickets are valid. On leaving the venue the ticket becomes invalid.
  7. There is no return or refunds for tickets. There is no compensation for lost tickets. In case of a change in dates or cancellation of an event, tickets can only be returned at the place of purchase. Programs or cast are subject to change and do not entitle for a refund. Additional cost (hotel, travel costs) due to a cancellation of an event, delay, change of date or program cannot be refunded or covered.
  8. Food, drinks, hazardous materials or items, i.e. pyrotechnic articles, cans, glass, possible projectiles are prohibited. Weapons of any kind are prohibited. At the entrance visitors may be searched for any of such items and possible findings confiscated by the arena staff till the end of the event.
  9. Specific smoking policies will be subject to the event and venue.  
  10. Posting of flyers, posters, etc. requires permission by FVG Riesa mbH
  11. Use of the parking lots is at your own risk.
  12. Recording of any kind (photo, sound, film) and use of cell phones during an event are prohibited. Exceptions are only possible with permission of the event management. The customer gives permission for all recordings that are made in connection with an event to be used free, without charges and without any time or geographical restrictions by FVG Riesa mbH.
  13. Due to TV-productions or the presence of technical equipment for the event there can be an obstacle in sight. The event management takes efforts in such cases to offer substitute seating. However there are no discounts or refunds made for such tickets.
  14. If requested, tickets can be mailed out to the customer after payment for ticket and handling fees is received. Every order is binding after confirmation through FVG Riesa mbH.
  15. FVG Riesa mbH reserves the right to inform and point to other rules, terms and conditions that might apply by another party, such as another promoter or event organizer, by posting that information or by any other appropriate method.
  16. Legal domicile and venue of fulfillment is Riesa.
